Cancellation/changes can be made up to 6pm, seven days prior to arrival without penalty. If cancellation/changes are made within seven days of arrival or you do not arrive on your scheduled date, the reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Changes to your reservation such as room type or date changes could cause an increase or decrease in price. Add-ons that are cancelled within three days of arrival or are not redeemed on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the add-on amount.
