Wintergreen condominiums are located along the first fairway of Monterra Golf, making them perfect for Golf Groups. Wintergreen condominiums are also conveniently located next to a pedestrian walkway giving guests easy access to the Blue Mountain Village. Resort condominiums are ideal for families and groups who want more space and don't require daily housekeeping services. Wintergreen condominiums underwent complete refurbishment in the Spring of 2012. Each feature three bedroom units, and while each condominium has its own unique décor and layout, all feature open-concept living arrangements with full kitchens, fireplace and tv.

General Policy
SECURITY & DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A credit card authorization is required at time of check-in in order to secure against any damages caused to the hotel by the registered guest or their party, as well as any unruly behaviour that results in compensation of other guests. If the registered guest does not have a valid credit card, then a $500 cash deposit will be required.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 10 days prior to arrival (30 days for stays including New Year's Eve), with a full refund of deposit, less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival (30 days for stays including New Year's Eve), will result in your deposit being held as a credit that can be applied toward a new reservation arriving within one year of the cancellation date. In the event that you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date, the reservations will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Should alternate cancellation policies exist for selected packages then these will take precedence.

Check In
Resort Home guests check-in at the Blue Mountain Inn front desk (110 Jozo Weider Blvd.), Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. All guarantees are subject to guests vacating their room on time and other circumstances that may be beyond our control.
Check Out
Check-out is prior to 11:00 a.m. Departures after 11 a.m. may incur additional charges.

This Fee is collected by the Blue Mountain Village Association in order to partially fund a number of amenities available at the Village. These amenities include: award winning events and animation, children's activities, Visitor Information Centre, shuttle service, security, waste collection and recycling. PRIVACY POLICY: As the reservation holder you are the only person that can obtain details of this reservation. If you would like additional individuals to have access, their name must be added to the reservation (please contact the Reservation Department). No information regarding this reservation will be shared otherwise. HOUSEKEEPING: Please note that housekeeping services are not provided for stays in Cachet Crossing, Chateau Ridge, Mountain Walk or Wintergreen units. Daily full housekeeping is available by request for an additional fee. PARKING: Outdoor parking lots are free of charge. POOL AND HOT TUB ACCESS: Village at Blue Mountain guests have access to a seasonal outdoor pool and year-round hot tub. Blue Mountain Inn and Resort Home guests have year-round access to the indoor pool, whirlpool and outdoor hot tubs of the Blue Mountain Inn. Seasonal outdoor pools are also available for guests in Rivergrass and Historic Snowbridge homes. Mosaic guests have exclusive access to a year round pool and hot tub. UNIT OCCUPANCY: The occupancy of your unit may not exceed the maximum persons allowed and violations of occupancy may lead to eviction. Maximum persons allowed: 2 Bedroom units – 6 persons 3 Bedroom units – 8 persons
